Crafted from a blend of three malts and imported German Hops. A smooth and malty beer that is perfectly balanced.

STOUT 5.1%
Our darkest ale is brewed in the famous Irish Dry Stout style. We use dark roasted malts and imported Styrian Golding Hops. Served at our pub with nitrogen for a truly classic presentation. A bronze medal winner at the Great American Beer Festival.

MONKEY KNIFE FIGHT PALE ALE 4.5%
Our American Style Pale Ale. Made with Crystal Malts and just enough Mt. Hood hops in the finish. A great session beer.

INDIA PALE ALE 6.5%
Generous portions of Cascade and Chinook hops are added throughout the brewing process to create Rubicon’s Flagship Ale. Golden in color with an assertive hop bitterness. This beer won gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival. A true American Classic.

GOLDFINGER 4.1%
English style bitter (pale ale) brewed with Golden Promise malt from England. Northern Brewer hops and a special yeast strain from Fullers. Served on nitrogen, it is very smooth and easy drinking… and not bitter at all. Ask your bartender to give you the ’Finger!

RUHSTALLER’S 5.0%
The style is called “California Common,” also known as “steam” beer. This style dates to the gold rush era on the West Coast. It uses a lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures producing a hybrid style beer similar to a robust lager. Malted barley and rye, Northern Brewer hops and a special strain of yeast were used to make this beer. The name Ruhstaller comes from an old Sacramento brewery that made a steam beer around the turn of the century (Not the last one, but the one before).

ESB 5.3% (22oz. Bottles Only)
This Extra Special Bitter was brewed using Simpson Golden Promise Malt and Styrian Goldings Hops from England. This combination created a copper colored, medium bodied brew with a malty flavor and lingering hop finish.

First brewed at the Rubicon in December 1988. This wonderful ale was inspired by the late Jim Pell. While attempting a batch of home brew he came up with a summer wheat ale that was over 10% abv...WHEW! This was a big mistake for him, but one we are proud to continue for your enjoyment.
