RUBICON IPA  / LOUISIANA HOT LINKS: Cajun style pork sausage.

CZECH PILSNER  / BRATWURST:  The Classic

MONKEY KNIFE FIGHT / WEISSWURST: A Bavarian white sausage with pork, parsley and onions.

HOP SAUCE / CHICKEN TOMATO:  Chicken and fresh tomatoes.

OATMEAL STOUT / POLISH:  Chicago style, pork and beef with lots of garlic.

RUBICON IPA / SCHÜBLIG:  Swiss style with smoked beef and pork sausage, very garlicky.
