This year I tried the Celebration Ale and had to have another right away. I like the malt character with the fresh hop. It is on tap at the Rubicon right now.

Dan Del Grande called me the other day and was on his way through town with a prized keg of his Chocolate Stout. We are fortunate to have this dark colored bitter sweet beer from Bison Brewing Company on tap. The bitter chocolate and the hops make a perfect match and balance with the whole flavored malt. I was at Moylan’s and was lucky enough to get a couple of kegs of this excellent example of a traditional Kolsch. Light Straw in color, great German malt, mild hops just righht for the patio on a summer day. Thanks Denise!!! For more information go to www.moylans.com
