The Rubicon Brewing Company is happy to announce that we are one of the first sponsors to jump on board to support Sacramento Beer Week. Go to www.sacramentobeerweek.com and get on the mailing list to keep updated as more than 200 beer-themed events are added over the next month.
Sacramento Beer Week will not only feature Sacramento’s fantastic local breweries, but will present domestic and international breweries in beer tastings, beer dinners and more. What beer or brewery do you hope to see featured during Sacramento Beer Week?

I was sitting at my desk yesterday and Scott suprised me with a taste of 2010 Rubicon Irish Red unfiltered. I have to say that it is the best batch I have tasted in years. The Rubicon Irish Red is not a traditional Red as it has a strong hop character, and is stronger than the style calls for but we love it. We are set to release it on the 1st of January. We will also be releasing Rubicon Irish Red in 22oz bottles in early February.
