Bar-B-Que PORK CHOPS It's the season for grilling… And if you have been looking for something new and delicious to try, this recipe is just what you have been looking for! You will need: 6 bone in pork chops (¾ -1 ¼ inch thick) One 22oz bottle of Rubicon E.S.B. (one pint for the marinade and the rest for you!) Rubicon E.S.B. Marinade: 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice 3 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper Allow pork chops to marinate for 2-4 hours before grilling. The grill temperature should be 155° - 165°. Grill chops for 6 minutes on each side. I recommend serving this up with fresh, grilled California veggies and mashed potatoes…and a beer of course! -Shaun Leiker, Head Chef, Rubicon Brewing Co.
